Troubleshooting: 1. Make sure the fingerprint reader is clean. 2. Try using different fingers if the lock fails to identify your thumbprint. 3. Move your finger around for each of the four touches to improve the success rate.

The HEANTLE G2 Gateway is needed for the lock to be Wi-Fi enabled and compatible with Alexa and Google.

If the lock is working opposite, open the app, tap "settings" to find the "door opening direction" and change the option based on your door type.

If the lock can't be found in the app and you're unable to pair it with your phone, turn on Bluetooth on your phone, make sure the keypad is lit, and try resetting the lock to re-pair it.
