Our smart lock only supports connectivity to a 2.4GHz network, and for optimal performance, the lock should be within 10 meters of your router. It works well with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant devices, but it currently does not support Apple HomeKit, IFTTT, or Matter.

If the batteries are completely drained, you'll be alerted when the battery power drops below 20%. In such cases, you could use the emergency Type-C port for a quick charge, but we recommend replacing the 4AA lithium batteries as soon as possible. Additionally, we provide 2 mechanical keys for emergency access.

All your data is stored in US-based Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers, and we provide bank-grade security encryption for your data using AES256 and SSL.

The smart lock is suitable for doors with a thickness between 1-3/8" to 2" (35mm to 50mm) and requires a door hole between 1-1/2" or 2-1/8" (38mm to 54mm). Please refer to the provided Door Compatibility infographic for exact details.
